<span itemprop="description">Bought this mattress brand new from Babies R Us, after a month of use there was a dent forming in it and now after 3 months there’s a huge dip in the infant side of the mattress. Babies R Us said there was nothing they could do about it since it would be outside of their return policy (since I purchased in Feb 2019). I was advised to contact the company. I called the company wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone and had to leave a message. No one ever returned my call. Tried emailing the company too and still waiting a response. Not very happy with the product as now I need to purchase a new mattress and am out $130 for a mattress that has barley been used.</span>

It is a cloth mattress with no protective covering. We use a mattress cover to help prevent any accidents getting to the mattress itself. May be able to spot clean with a damp cloth.

I love my 8 month old crib and mattress. It came as pictured with no chemical smells (one of my concerns when I ordered). When he is 12 months I will flip it to the toddler side. I do recommend it.
