I purchased these because they have an edge so if my son with a disability tries to pick up a snack on a walk by, less will end up on the floor. The only difficulty I have experienced is my son wants to chew on the texture of the material, that is just my son (pica especially for that type of material). I also purchased some later for my grandson.
