I've purchased two and both have the same issue, guess both are defective? has anyone else had this issue? Wish there was a video available, the instructions seem very simple yet it still doesn't stay closed no matter what i do. I have changed the batteries numerous times and it will work once and then I cannot get it to work again. I love how light the seat is and how easily it folds but wish it was fully functional. I had every intention of purchasing another one for use at my parents house but not if the seat is not going to work well.
