Battery life and range at first were awesome, now I can't unplug it without the battery dying and I can't even take it out of my front door without losing signal.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The monitor is fairly simple to use but it's cheap. The battery life is awful, so it has to be plugged in fairly regularly during usage. When not plugged in, the screen blacks out after 30 seconds so you have to keep refreshing it to see your baby. It also has decent range but will turn off if you set it down too hard. Overall, would not recommend it.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We bought one of these for our second child, so it’s not the only monitor we have owned. This one has a light that turns on and wakes your baby up. It’s a terrible design at the light button, is also the button to power the unit on. So often when you want to see if your baby is sleeping, you turn the unit on, and the ,ought wakes up the baby. My suggestion is to buy another brand that doesn’t wake your baby up with a poorly designed light.
To top this off, the stand broke within a month. It’s a really flimsy design.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Le moniteur a été acheté (en spécial, au cyber monday) pour l'arrivée de notre petit qui a fêté ses 18 mois récemment.
Bon coté:
- La qualité de l'image est acceptable, ni mauvaise ni exeptionnel. J'ai toujours été en mesure de voir ce que je voulais voir.
- Le range du moniteur est surprenand, on peut être très loin dans la cours et toujours voir notre enfant dormir.
Mauvais coté:
- Après 18 mois, la batterie du moniteur ne dure que 2.5 heures. C'est clairement insuffisant, surtout qu'elle durait 5-6 heure au début. On s'entend ici, l'image du moniteur n'est pas affiché en continue, seulement quelque fois par soirée pour voir comment se porte notre enfant. Même dans ce contexte, le moniteur s'éteint tout simplement après 2.5 heures. Il faut donc le branché. dans mon cas, le fil est en permanence sur notre table de chevet à l'étage. Ça paraît anodin comme détail, mais ça devient un irritant au quotidien.
- Le niveau d'éclairage du moniteur ne peux être diminué, je crois que la plupart des moniteur sont identiques sur ce point, mais ça reste un irritant lorsqu'on veux regader l'image en pleine nuit et que nous sommes finalement aveuglé par la luminosité.
- J'imagine que ça dépend des parents et des enfants, mais nous n'avons jamais utilisé la veilleuse (lumière de couleur) qui est sur la caméra et nous ne parlons pas non plus à notre enfant via le moniteur. Ces fonctions sont non pertinentes selon mon utilisation, quoique certain le trouverons interressant.
Conclusion:
J'ai acheté ce moniteur en spécial, à 90$, en ayant en tête qu'il y avait une chance sur deux que ça ne soit un produit adéquat. À ce prix j'ai prix le risque, 18 mois plus tard je regarde pour en acheter un autre.
Comme c'est souvent le cas, lors de l'arrivée d'un enfant, il y a tellement de chose à acheter qu'il faut couper quelque part. S'il est en rabais, ça peux faire le travail pour un certain temps tout en étant conscient qu'il faudra le remplacer dans le futur. À plein prix, il faut vraiment opter pour autre chose.</span>
