Always. Not easy to clean, and leaks a significant amount all over my hands and my little one every single time. Save yourself the trouble, save the environment the waste, and just buy a different bottle. It&rsquo;s the anti-colic system that is the issue, I&rsquo;ve had no problems with the bottles that omitted this, and frankly anti-colic systems are gimmicky anyways. Occasionally from the nipple but mostly from the lid. I have had multiple people try to twist the lids to ensure no leakage but it still happens. It's a great newborn starter kit. It comes with a bib that is thicker around the neck for milk dribbles. Then a bottle warmer, bottle sterilizer, pacifiers, bottles and a bottle holder than can either keep liquid hot or cold. It also comes with a bottle brush that is something I tend to always need! It's a perfect gift for a new or experienced mom. The bottle sterilizer comes in handy especially when you are worried how clean your bottles are.
