Which flow rate do I need?

How often should I replace the bottle nipples?
We recommend changing your bottle nipples every two months and you should change them immediately if they're damaged or weak.

I'm sure with time, the flow of the nipple will be good for her.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this bottle a few weeks ago and out of all my bottles it is my preferred anti colic type bottle to use. Compared to Dr. Browns it did not cause any more colic type problems for my child. I also like the fact that it was way less parts to wash them Dr. Brown. The only down fall is that sometimes the breastmilk/formula would get stuck on the lip of the bottle, where at times I would have to stop feeding the move the bottle to get those last few drops. I would recommend this bottle to a friend.</span>
