I do not feel safe using this camera and have had to purchase another one. I contacted to return it as I do not feel safe using it, but was told it has been too long. DO NOT BUY. The display is so zoomed in it’s so hard to see the baby once they move out of frame. I would have to install this camera on the ceiling above the crib in order to get a full camera view of my son. I would say the image quality is not the best, but I think it’s good for what you pay for. The sound quality is perfect. I have to also mention their customer service is fantastic. They helped me with a part replacement recently so quickly and efficiently I was really blown away. I will definitely purchase from Vtech again.</span>

Best for looking down at the bed, not so much out at the room. Easy to switch between cameras. Weirdly charges extremely slowly if the screen is on, so don’t keep it on if you don’t need it. Easy to install, came paired which was nice.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Switching between the two monitors is great. Picture is clear. Difficult to see if clothes or skin from across the room in night mode (Are their pants still on?). Three times now it's stopped turning off for no reason. Fix to unplug, and remove battery for 1 minute.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this thinking I’d use the second camera for when I had my second baby. Well lo and behold, the parent unit stopped working 18 months after purchase and vtech did not provide my with a replacement. I expected a $200 product to last more than 18 months but clearly not. Now with a newborn and a toddler and all the expenses, I have to dish out more $ to purchase a baby monitor b/c vtech failed big time. Either go with the single camera or make sure to get these replaced before the 1 year mark. I’m not the first one to have a battery issue. My sister had issues with the battery on the parent unit as well - should’ve listened to her and not purchased vtech products b/c their warranty sucks.</span>

Vous pouvez &eacute;galement surveiller votre b&eacute;b&eacute; en mode patrouille ou partag&eacute;. Yes, the camera's can be placed in separate rooms. You choose on the Parent Unit one of 3 viewing modes: Single Camera View, Split Screen View, or Patrol Mode. Single camera shows the video/audio from only one of the cameras, the one you choose. Split screen shows the video from BOTH camera's side by side, but the Audio from only one of them, the one that triggers first, and will be denoted by a box around which image the sound is coming from. In Patrol mode, you see a single camera both Video and Audio, but it will cycle back and forth between the 2 camera's every 10 seconds.
