<span itemprop="description">you should state at this point of assembly that after assembling the front wheel and handle bars, the front wheel is NOT controlled by the handle bars but turns independently until the red button and front wheel is turned 180 degrees. I read near the final assembly page about the red button adjustment and wheel control. I took the front wheel off twice trying to make the wheel and handle bars work together. Frustrating.</span>
